-Remove the cover on the patterned side of the pad and dispose of these.
-Place each pad in the areas marked with a square with the patterned side facing the metal stud.
-Remove the covers from the black side of the GelPads. Do not throw away since you will need them to cover your GelPads once the session is over. 

Do not use if:
1. You have an electronic implant or you suffer from any other heart problem. 
2. You have any other form of abdominal implant. 
3. You are pregnant
4. You suffer from cancer
5. You are under medical supervision for cognitive dysfunction. 

Get your doctor's permission before using this product if:
1. You have any serious illness or injury
2. You have recently undergone a surgical procedure
3. You take insulin for diabetes
4. You want to use it on a young child.
5. You suffer from muscle or joint problems.
