This means that our staff have been trained in accredited institutions to become skin care specialists and/or beauty therapists. Our head therapist has practiced her skills in spas around the world -- be confident that your advice is reviewed by a professional who really does know "skin".

Order Processing & Status
Same day shipping is not available. Please note: orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed after processing hours (4:00pm EST) or on the weekend will be processed the following business day and shipped the day after.

We use FedEx. Signatures may be required upon delivery‚ so please ensure your shipping address is able to accept deliveries. Shippers will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Returns can be made within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Please note we charge a 15% restocking fee for refunds made to your credit card. Alternatively, we can issue credit vouchers for 100% of the purchase price of the returned items. Vouchers are redeemable on timetospa only.
- All undeliverable packages will be charged a re-shipment fee.
- All delivery charges are subject to change.
- Please Note: Your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. We advise you check this prior to placing your order. timetospa is not liable for these charges.
We do require that all customers contact us within 60 days of the purchase date with any quality control issues, damage packaging or products dissatisfaction. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt; otherwise timetospa will not be liable.
