How to use:

After bathing:

Massage gently over the entire body, concentrating on dry areas such as elbows, knees and ankles.

For a weekly hair conditioning treatment:

Massage a small amount into hair and scalp.
Cover with a warm towel and relax for 15 minutes.
Shampoo and rinse.

For nail treatment:

Massage into skin as an intensive moisturizing manicure or pedicure, concentrating on cuticles.
Cover hands or feet with cotton gloves or socks and leave overnight for an exotic, deeply nourishing treatment.

Can also be used during pregnancy and to massage babies and young children.

**Special Note** This oil tends to become thicker in cold temperatures. To melt, simply run warm water over the bottle for one minute, or place the bottle in warm water.
