We know too much alcohol is not good, but in moderation, the Agave Pera created by Mixologist Joshua Holliday at Barolo Italian Restaurant is oozing Vitamin A, C and fiber from Pears, Pineapple and Citrus, while Ginger is great for digestion and speeding up that holiday metabolism.
