Yoga Anatomy goes in depth into almost every asana, including breathing exercises, and provides detailedinformation about the muscles, joints, and ligaments used. With detailed drawings, you can see what is happening internally and externally. This isa great resource for correcting postures and for understanding where to focus your energy. Keep in mind, Yoga Anatomy is strictly anatomical; thereis little information about the other aspects of yoga such as charkas. Nonetheless, this is a useful tool for any practitioner.
