An edible anti-aging skincare treatment

Anti-aging skin creams can give you radiant skin, but a snack rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients can further improve your complexion by helping to eliminate free radicals that could damage your skin cells. Try out this delicious smoothie recipe and sip up for breakfast or a refreshing afternoon snack.

Fruit smoothie
Serves 2
1 ripe banana
½ cup of blueberries
¼ cup of raspberries
½ cup of ice
1 ½ teaspoons of honey
1 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup of juice (like cranberry or orange)

Directions: Get out your blender and load it up with the banana, yogurt, juice and honey. Next, throw in the blueberries and raspberries, which can either be fresh or frozen. After adding the ice, put the lid on and blend for about 20 seconds until smooth. Pour into a glass for a cool, healthy way to boost your antioxidant level. Feel free to grab a handful of almonds on your way out the door, as these are particularly good for your skin too.
