When it comes to natural cellulite treatments, nothing is better than targeting your problem areas with exercise. Exercise can reduce the amount of fat deposits underneath your skin, which is what causes cellulite. If your thighs are what's causing you trouble, mix cardiovascular exercise (like running) with the following strength exercises.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Bend your knees 90 degrees into a squatting position.
Push yourself up in an explosive jump using your legs and land softly in the squatting position with your weight kept back over your heels.
Do 3 sets of 8 repetitions.
Grab an exercise ball and lie on your back with your arms at your sides.
Bend your knees 90 degrees and put your heels shoulder-width apart on the ball.
Elevate your hips toward the ceiling without overarching your back.
Lower your hips to the floor after 3 counts.
Repeat for 8 to 10 repetitions.
Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, palms facing the floor and legs extended straight.
Point your toes and lift your legs about 45 degrees off the floor.
Quickly swing your right thigh over your left in a scissor-like fashion and then reverse the move.
Do 12 to 15 repetitions per side.
