Get your behind in beach shape this summer

Toe Taps

1. Lie straight on the floor with your arms at your sides.

2. Lift your legs and bend your knees, so that you're forming a 90 degree angle without thighs perpendicular to the ground.

3. Keeping your form, slowly tap your right toes on the floor, then return to the 90 degree position. Repeat with your left toes.

4. Continue the exercise, alternating toes, for one minute. If you experience any back pain, modify the exercise by not bringing your toes all the way down.
