During the summer months when it seems that everyone wants that sun-kissed glow, women with fair skin should not feel dismayed. There are several reasons to preserve your natural pale complexion, including warding off premature wrinkles and other signs of skin aging.

Here are a few tips on how to rock your luminous look throughout the summer:

1. Stay cool in the shade. The best way to keep your skin soft and white is to minimize sun exposure. Keep to the shady spots, and use a wide brimmed hat or parasol when you have to venture out into the sun's hot rays. Always wear SPF 30 or higher out of doors.

2. Nourish your skin by taking a classic milk bath at least once per month. To do this, simply add ½ gallon of milk and 4 cups of Epsom salts to a warm bath and mix thoroughly. Not only is it relaxing, but it will help you maintain that polished alabaster sheen.
