Protecting your skin isn't easy in the winter, and it's even tougher in the summer. When the sun is shining, it's hard not to show off those shoulders and legs at every chance in cute sundresses and short shorts. But if you're planning on tanning this summer, it's important to protect yourself from harmful UV rays - here's how.
You already know that it's crucial to apply sunscreen every morning to prevent eye wrinkles, fine lines and aging - but it's not just your face that needs sunblock. If you know you'll be exposing your shoulders, decolletage, back or legs, be sure to cover that area with plenty of sunscreen too before you head outside.
