Restore radiance to your sensitive skin in 3 simple steps

What's one thing that acne, rosacea and contact dermatitis have in common? They're all signs of sensitive skin. If you have tender flesh that's prone to inflammation, you know how tough it can be to keep these reactions at bay. With these three tips from The Daily Obsession, you may be able to prevent flare-ups and gain a more radiant complexion!

1. Avoid the burn. Did you know that external heat can contribute to skin inflammation? According to the source, if your complexion is constantly under attack, you should aim to avoid traditionally spicy foods like hot sauce and peppers as these can make your skin more susceptible to damage.

2. Steer clear of fragrances and preservatives. Many people with sensitive skin suffer from allergic reactions to the dyes, perfumes and additives found in many skin care beauty products. Something like La Therapie Creme Protectrice - Soothing Protection Cream for sensitive skin is specially formulated with all-natural oils to gently soothe skin prone to redness and irritation.

3. Be vigilant. As with any beauty product, the best way to avoid having a poor reaction is to watch how your skin responds. After a few weeks of use, if you begin to notice something is amiss, you should contact a dermatologist and discontinue usage until you figure out the source of the problem.

Although the convenience of email cannot be denied, the act of receiving and reading a snailmail letter is by far the better experience. So kudos to you!<br />I understand that the letters are not personalized, but are they physically signed by the sender? That would be such a awesome touch  and one particular for which I'd gladly pay more. Perhaps the sender could sign a small percentage, so that a randomly chosen few each and every week would possess a little extra thrill. That possibility would absolutely make my heart race a bit faster as I tore open the envelope!
