How to promote beautiful skin at every age

It's easy to get worked up when you see a wrinkle, and start smearing your face with every anti aging product you can find. However, should you cater your skincare regimen on your age, you just might find that your skin continues to glow with each passing year! No one necessarily looks forward to their first sign of crow's feet, dark circles, forehead creases or other signs of aging on the face. Unfortunately, wrinkles are a fact of life, but fighting them doesn't have to consume your day to day.

In your 20s...
If you spot your first wrinkle in your 20's, remember - stress only makes wrinkles worse! When you do start to see lines, hydrate right away to plump the skin, exfoliate, then start using a skin-firming cream like La Thérapie Crème Hydralift Intensive Lifting Cream for face and neck.

Aside from fighting off minor wrinkles, your main goal in your 20s is to protect your skin from the sun's UVA and UVB rays, which break down collagen and cause wrinkles and age spots. Ellen Marmur, vice chair of dermatologic and cosmetic surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, told Glamour Magazine that sunscreen will prevent at least 50 percent of skin aging issues, making it the single most important step in your daily skincare regimen.

In your 30s...
At this point,  your estrogen levels are starting to dip, which means you will start to produce less collagen and your skin will become a bit thinner - less able to hold moisture and more prone to wrinkles. To stave them off, you will need to give your nightly skincare regimen a boost, Glamour reports. In addition to an anti aging night cream, 30-somethings should add anti aging eye care to their arsenal, too. Look for products with antioxidants in them, Oprah Magazine recommends. These will help fight free radicals that cause signs of aging and boost sun protection, promoting the appearance of youthful eyes.

In your 40s...
As you reach 40, your face will continue to lose collagen but also fat, which can reveal flattering, high cheekbones. However, with thinner skin comes more risk for wrinkle formation, so it's a good idea to rev up your anti aging products even more, according to Real Simple. Look for products that combine several proven ingredients like antioxidants and alpha hydroxy acids.

Your regimen can actually be simplified, though. Glamour claims you can skip washing your face in the morning - those oils you needed to wash away in your 20s are actually crucial to your skin's health and hydration now, so a splash of water is all you need.

They deal with competitive people on the job each day who look forward to out-due other co-workers for the purpose of looking good in the eyes of the company boss (see image to the right). Being a vegetarian can also help lower blood pressure. Some will have back pain, others get headaches, some digestive upsets, and we have increased intensified tinnitus.
