They use what? Stars' strangest beauty secrets

When it comes to looking great, stars have some strange and unusual habits. However, if you want to attempt to look as fabulous as Miranda Kerr or as sassy as your other favorite celebrities, you might want to listen up. This is because Women's Health magazine recently got the inside scoop on what stars do to look their best. Here are the easiest takeaways:

Lip balm: Not just for your pout
Most ladies use their Bliss Fabulips Softening Lip Balm to keep their pout soft and smooth throughout the winter. However, the gorgeous Miranda Kerr opts to use her chapstick on another area of her face - her eyes. The supermodel uses a natural lip balm around her eyes to give them an instant glow. Luckily, this tip gets the stamp of approval from a New York-based makeup artist.

"This will work, just stick to a natural product," the makeup artist told the news outlet. "A lip gloss will clog your pores and will also be pretty sticky."

If you want to try this style, dab a bit of the balm at the inner corners of your eyes for an instant highlight.

Share your brew... with your hair
Next time you indulge in a beer with friends, consider sharing a bit with your locks. That's right, the fabulous Catherine Zeta-Jones is reportedly fond of soaking her hair in beer to help it look its best. A colorist at an upscale salon in NYC reports this trick could actually be beneficial since alcohol works to remove buildup that can sit on the surface of your hair.

To try this strange hair trick, start by shampooing your locks with your favorite hair products and the towel it dry in small sections. Next, massage about a cupful of beer into your hair and then cover it with plastic wrap for five minutes. After the allotted time, remove the plastic and rinse your strands with water.

Sprinkle cinnamon on your lips
Cinnamon is one of the tastiest spices, especially when mixed with sugar or caramel. Actress Lisa Rinna swears by this spice for more than just desserts, she uses it to help plump up her pout.

This idea can work, though the makeup artists suggests using is sparingly. Try adding a few drops of cinnamon oil into your favorite lip gloss for an "added oomph." However, if you're looking for more lasting results it might be smart to invest in other beauty products like Bliss Fabulips Instant Lip Plumper
