Though abs and tight arms are a must, a toned tush is also a major desire of most women. Whether you've always wanted a butt like Beyonce or have more recently realized you could use a bit of tightening up, there are a few exercises that are sure to help you get the results you desire. 

Touchdown squats
Yes, it's true there is no getting around doing squats when it comes to toning your backside, but trying a few varieties that boost your butt even more might make the burning workout worth it. According to Health magazine, the touchdown exercise is a great way to start your transformation. Begin by standing with your feet shoulder-length apart with your fists at your side. Next, go into a squat, bending your arms until your hands almost reach your chin. 

Stay in this position and then take a step back with your right foot about 3 feet, raising your left elbow to the side, putting your hand in front of your face. Touch your right hand to the floor near your left foot for added support. From here, return to the standing position and switch off with your left foot going back, do three sets of 12 reps for best results. 

Corkscrew (not one for opening wine)
The next exercise to try and build the best booty possible is the corkscrew, according to the experts. For this trick, start by lying on your left side on a yoga mat with your left arm above your head. From here, bend your knees to a 45 degree angle and place your right hand on the mat to keep your balance. With both hands in position pivot your hips so your right knee is able to touch the mat. Next, lift your right leg up until you feel your butt muscles flex, then release it and lower the leg. Repeat on the other side and complete 12 reps on each side, three times. 

Other butt sculpting tips
According WebMD, there are plenty of other ways to help tone your tush including walking uphill or at an incline while using the treadmill at the gym. Running up stairs or doing step-up moves can also give your butt a boost.
