A good combination is spinach, banana, vanilla yogurt, vanilla almond milk and peanut butter. Your smoothie won't taste like a salad either, as the fruit and yogurt will overpower the taste of the spinach. The potassium in bananas can help fight against pesky undereye circles. Don't forget your regular routine
While sipping on nutritious smoothies can help improve your skin, they can't do all the work alone.
