The mission of U.K.-based charity Breast Cancer Care is to help every person affected by breast cancer receive the best information, support and treatment available. In 2017, the organization is honoring the 25th anniversary of the iconic pink ribbon.
ELEMIS has proudly partnered with Breast Cancer Care to celebrate this occasion, and is donating $30,000 to support the organization. To further honor the anniversary, ELEMIS has also launched a limited-edition Pro-Collagen Marine Cream.
All about Breast Cancer Care
Breast Cancer Care was founded by Betty Westgate in 1973, five years after she was diagnosed with breast cancer herself. Westgate started the organization with a passion for educating and helping others, and Breast Cancer Care continues that tradition today. The charity is focused on ensuring all people have access to the best information, support and treatment.
Breast Cancer Care also is dedicated to providing resources and support that recognizes that each and every individual's experience with breast cancer is unique. The charity shapes its activities by combining this personal viewpoint with clinical knowledge, and offers emotional and practical support through its helpline, events and other services.
