Call us at 1.800.423.5293 and we will take your order and advise you over the phone. We accept Visa‚ Mastercard‚ Discover, Amex, Paypal and also checks and money orders. We do not accept C.O.D.’s. If you do choose to pay by check or money order‚ your order will be shipped as soon as it has cleared.
Please note that select States will be charged tax for their order. This percentage ranges from state to state, as well as county/zip code within that State. The shipping address on file will select the tax amount charged to the order.
Order Processing & Status
Same day shipping is not available. Please note: orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed after processing hours (2:00pm EST) or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following day. To check the status of your order‚ go to My Account in the top left corner.

Steps On How To Return Your Order
- Call TIMETOSPA at 1.800.423.5293 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to begin your return process
- TIMETOSPA will email you the Return Merchandise Authorization Form to fill out.
- Once the form is completed, you will receive your RMA# which needs to be written on the outside of the box as well as the RMA Form to be included inside of the box.
- TIMETOSPA will provide the proper return address for our warehouse to send your package to once you receive your RMA#.
- Returns can be made within the first 30 days of purchase for Refund* or Store Credit*. Customer will receive a pre-paid shipping label for store credit returns completed within 30 days of purchase. (For credit card refunds, customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Returns can be made up to 60 days from purchase date for a Store Credit only. (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of TIMETOSPA error, the customer will qualify for a full refund including shipping charges if reported within 30 days of purchase date. TIMETOSPA has the sole right to determine the responsibility of the error.
- The RMA must be returned with the package or else the returned order will not be processed. Returning items without proper authorization may result in the package being returned or discarded, in this event, TIMETOSPA will not be liable.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany returned merchandise along with RMA form.
- Product purchased with a Store Credit are not returnable.
- All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt, otherwise TIMETOSPA will not be liable.
- For shipments damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Do not throw away any of the package’s components. A replacement or refund will not be issued on items discarded prior to authorization.
- We require that customers contact us within 30 days of the purchase date with any quality control issues, damaged packaging or product dissatisfaction. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt; otherwise TIMETOSPA will not be liable.
