Jess started her career in hair in 1995 in her native New Zealand which allowed her to be trained by the top salon group in the Country. After gaining her diploma in Hairdressing in 2000 in NZ, Jess has gone on to have many successes in the Hair Industry including multiple awards and working on a major motion picture in the hair and wig department.
Wanting to explore the world, Jess started working on board ships as a Hair Stylist in 2004. Over the last 10 years, Jess has worked as our Director of Spa Operations launching several salon initiatives and developing stylists on over 150 ships.
Jess loves training and supporting her salon staff that have the ability to instantly make our guests feel good about themselves.
Jess currently resides in Miami, FL and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends.
